What is crowdfunding?

Story
To celebrate the Royal Air Force Air Cadets 75th anniversary cadets and staff from 495 Squadron will be abseiling 24m down Fort Dunlop on Saturday 10th September 2016.
Money raised will be going towards 495 Sutton Coldfield Squadron Welfare funds to help offset the costs of other activities next year (including sending 4 members of the squadron to South Africa)
To date using our old just giving page (www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/495ATC2) and good old fashioned paper sponsorship forms the squadron have raised nearly £2000.
