On 13th June 2026, Chris, Charlie, Ollie and I are taking on the Rat Race Wall — a 70-mile run across Hadrian’s Wall, starting in Carlisle and (hopefully!) finishing in Newcastle.

The goal? Make it back in Newcastle in time for a well-earned beer before the pubs close… which might be ambitious, but we’re giving it everything we’ve got.

We’re doing this to raise money for four charities that mean a lot to us:

• Williams Syndrome Foundation

• Prostate Cancer UK

• RAF Benevolent Fund

• A Multiple Sclerosis charity

Every single pound makes a difference, and we’ve added a few ways to keep things interesting along the way:

🎵 £5 donation – You pick a song for the playlist. We’ll have a speaker with us, so your choice will be played (on repeat… go as rogue as you like).

🎙️ £10 donation – Send us a voice note! Whether it’s motivation, encouragement, or just something to make us laugh (or suffer), we’ll play it during the run.

This is going to be tough, but knowing we’ve got your support will keep us moving when it gets hard.
