We are trying to set a World Record and raise money. we are a Boys' Brigade Company with a Marching Band who like to do different things. Last year, those ages 15+ went in to do the Jane Tomlinson 10K whilst playing and marching and completed the course in 1 hour 47 minutes. We want to beat that and also raise more money than last year. As an individual BB company we are not a registered charity (The Boys' Brigade is at national level though) we cannot use Just Giving for Sponsorship hence it's this crowdfunding page!

We need our minibus to get about as a band especially as we need to be able to carry a wheelchair and lots of instruments! Keeping the minibus on the road costs money (how unfortunate!). We also want to support the Jane Tomlinson Appeal who have supported our efforts to participate in this event.
