Story

We are 20 average gym members who want to make a change to the lives of others. We have already cycled almost 300 miles from London to Paris which took hours of dedication in training & preparation. However, this sacrifice is a fraction of what others do each and every day when caring for people who are ill. Help us by donating today and together we can make a difference.

In September we turn our attention to white collar boxing where three members, Graham, Sophie and Lena have spent the last 90 days learning to box, learning to eat well and building the fitness and confidence required to step into a boxing ring.

The dedication has taken them to another level, stripped back their habits they have been attending the gym everyday including Monday mornings at 6.15am all in the name of St Francis Hospice.

If you cant attend on 29th September 2018 please show your support by donating anything via this Just Giving page.

Meet some of the team: Paul Lomas, Alison Bartrip, Barnes & Becky Thorne, Graham Taylor , Heath and Clare Milne, Ian Higgs, Lesley Day-Smith, Mandy Smith, Sally Smith, Liz Darlison, Sophie Roberts, Stephen Piper, Kerry Mullen, David Cappaert, Mark White, Dylan Champion, Lisa Bentley and Lee Carpenter.

There is still time to join and help us raise money for 2 exceptional charities, contact Paul Lomas on 07807 494530 for more information.
