we will be participating in a 72-hour sleepout, equipped only with the clothes on our backs and a sleeping bag.

This marks the fifth year I've taken part in this sleepout, and each time I tell myself I won't do it again. It remains one of the most challenging experiences I've faced-not only due to the cold but also the unforgettable loneliness that accompanies it.
