Our beautiful Izzy is 8 years old and has been battling stage 4 rhabdomyosarcoma for the past two years.

After everything she has endured, we have received the devastating news that Izzy’s cancer is now incurable. She is receiving palliative care, and our family has been told that the time we have together may be very limited.

Izzy turns 9 on 31st October — Halloween, a day she absolutely loves.

Right now, our only wish is to make the time we have with Izzy as special as possible. We want to be able to concentrate on being her family — making memories, having adventures when she feels well enough, celebrating her birthday and simply being together without the additional worry of everyday financial pressures.

This fundraiser has been created to support Izzy and her family during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will help with things such as time away from work, travel and transport, days out and memory-making experiences

and anything Izzy or the family may need during her palliative care.

Alongside this fundraiser, we have started 9,000 Smiles for Izzy, asking people to send drawings, poems and messages to help fill her 9th birthday with love.

We cannot change what is happening to Izzy, but together we can make sure the time she has is filled with as much love, laughter and happiness as possible.
