Story
Annie Kelly and Mei-Ling McNamara's article in the Guardian magazine on 28th May brought to light the horrific treatment of men trafficked from Bangladesh and forced to work as slaves in a remote Scottish hotel.

We are raising money to support them in their fight for compensation. We are working with Mei-Ling and with Jim Laird, the victim's legal advocate, who will ensure the funds reach the men.
Please give what you can and save these men, who have already suffered horrific abuse, from destitution and further deprivation

8 years agoWe've hit £6000! Thank you SO much everyone. Your kindness will not only make a material difference to the men, but all your words of support have meant so much to them. Thank you. I am raising our target to £10,000. It's ambitious but if we can keep momentum going we can do it!
