ACADEMY 300: Linking inspiration with aspiration.

Created in 2012, the GB Athletes involved in the Legacy 300 project have as of 21/11/16 raised £351,760 for good causes who have generated these funds by selling places on a wide range of Athlete Experience Days.

Whilst continuing this fundraising, all involved in Legacy 300 are now looking to use these popular Experience Days to support young people, and have launched Academy 300.

Academy 300 has been established to link inspirational GB Olympic medalists with aspirational young people with the purpose of engaging communities to support the funding challenges faced by young people starting out in their chosen careers whether, sport, arts, creative industry or general careers.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: BUY PLACES

Buy places on popular experience days such as cycling days with GB gold medallists, GB rowing days, rafting with GB slalom canoeists or beach volleyball with the GB beach volleyball women. For previous days visit www.facebook.com/legacy300.

Individuals and corporates are invited to purchase places at retail prices, with the profits invested into a fund administered by the athletes, distributed on a quarterly basis to support young people under the age of 30 in their personal goals.
