Aidan has Autism. He was diagnosed 10 yrs ago. He has severe classic autism, which means his needs are simple and few. He hates interactions, but loves construction, our trouble is a lack of sapce.

Aidan has never found daily life easy. His literal view of the world and his lack of social underderstanding means he has NEVER been invited to a classmates birthday, instead parents of his classmates called him weird and freak. He never fitted in.
Thankfully Aidan has been oblivious to much of this. His love of trains and kindness towards his family and small animals, have carried him across a void of loneliness.
Aidan is now 14 and is still eager to be a part of the real world, but he still doesn't fit in the same round holes as all the other 14 year olds. He's turning towards his trains in a bid to fill the void once again, but this time his 14 yrs of hoarding and collecting and building lego models means he no longer has space to build a layout to satisfy his needs, and challenge his modelling skills.

Aidan will almost certainly never fit into society as we know it, and as his devoted mother it breaks my heart. Aidan has no contact from his father and his only memories of spending time with him are of violence and neglect. He has also not only watched his mother fight and survive cancer, but also has to watch her neurological condition gradually break her down each day, stripping her of her independence, and ability to care for herself, Aidan, and his other 3 siblings

Aidan needs this space, needs his trains in a word that he can't control he needs this one constant that he can cling to in even the darkest of times.
Please help in whatever small way you can. We need building materials, decking electrics, and even possibly plumbing, but most of all we need your help to turn a hole in the ground in to a place the Aidan deserves.
