Story

Ajoke Godswill Joshua bravely shared her story as part of BBC's Africa Eye Investigation, The Disciples: The Cult of TB Joshua . Ajoke's dream is to one day return to education and in order to study Music Production.

We are fundraising to make Ajoke's dream a reality and pay for her university fees.

A song Ajoke composed and sung was used in the BBC's World Of Secrets podcast: The Disciples. Her talent for music knows no end, and we hope this fundraiser will support her in pursuing this career.

"At times, life has seemed impossible. After sharing my story, I dare to hope that, perhaps, I could finally pursue a life and career that lets me follow my dreams"

Ajoke said.

Any support means more than we can put into words. The wounds inflicted have been deep. This fundraiser cannot change Ajoke’s past but can be a path to a different future. If you're able to give, thank you for your kindness. Your intent and support are equally appreciated if you cannot give financially. Thank you.

Please visit disciplesdocumentary.com for information and resources, if you have been affected by any of the issues raised by Ajoke's story.
