Dear brothers and sisters,

I Jahida Rahman, the sister of Alaur Rahman kindly request you to donate on behalf of my brother in order to help me raise funds to construct a masjid in Bangladesh. My brother Alaur Rahman was a hardworking 25-year old boy who always put my family first before everything. As the eldest in the family, my brother had high hopes and ambitions to buy my parents a family home; he had been working hard to collect money to in order to achieve this dream. However, my brother’s dream had come to an end when he had a fatal car accident early morning on Wednesday 12th October 2016. My brother fell unconscious at the scene and never regained consciousness as his brain had been severely damaged due to the impact of the collision. Together as a family, we had to make the toughest decision to turn off his life support and accept Allah’s decision.

The messenger (PBUH) of Allah (SWT) said:

When a man dies his deeds come to an end except for three things:
1. Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity)
2. Knowledge which is beneficial
3. Pious child who prays for him

Sadaqah wipes out sins like water extinguishes fire. Please brothers and sisters can you kindly help me do something that will benefit my brother in the hereafter. I will make sure that 100% of your donation will go into this project and I will post regular updates on this page. This donation will count as sadaqah jariyah for you and my brother for as long as the masjid stands on this earth.

May Allah (SWT) have mercy on Alaur's soul, forgive him of all his sins and grant him the highest place in Jannah, Ameen.
