Our 19 year old son is at the end stages of renal failure, we have tried to save his life and give him longer but sadly he wouldnt be able to cope with the after care . It's breaking our hearts as a family. his name is Thomas and he is a twin. Thomas is becoming more tired and when the time comes we as a family will care for our amazing boy till he falls asleep for the last time . We can't save him but with a little help and generosity you could help to give Thomas a beautiful send off and it's nothing less than he deserves. Thomas is the most loving young man you could ever meet whom has a smile to melt the hardest of hearts. every day is a blessing that we have our little munchkin here but time is running out for him .
