So, later this year I will embarking on my biggest project yet! I will be going to Sri Lanka with a few other NCS Graduates with Flying Futures. I took part in the NCS programme in 2012 and, all cheese aside, it changed my life. It changed my outlook and perspective on the world and it has made me the person I am today. I am constantly searching for new projects and ways to make a difference and Sri Lanka is my next opportunity!

As part of my contribution to the organisation I will be aiming to raise £500 to fund my food, travel and accommodation for the week. I aim to do this through fundraising with my Graduate team as well, but this Just Giving page is a start!

The reason we are going to Sri Lanka is to embark on a Social Action Project. Basically, we want to lean their culture and teach them about ours! But as well as that we are aiming to make a social impact to the local community through engaging with the young people and giving them the life skills to carry on even after we leave! It's about making a lifelong difference on both sides and I feel very passionately about it.

So please if you could donate, even the smallest amount, I would be eternally grateful as it will enable me to make the trip to Sri Lanka later this year and truly make a difference, not only over there, but also to my life.
