I am setting this up for my dear friend amanda (mandie). I know we are all in hard times but mandie has had such a lot to deal with in 2016 I just think she needs a break before all this stress breaks her.
Mandie world was turned upside down when she lost her mom in April 2016, as anyone knows losing a parent is so hard to deal with and has been even harder with the circumstances around it from her abusive step father and the revelations that have come out since mandies mom passed away( her mom died on her own whilst he was with another woman ) but this didn't stop mandie she had only 3 days off she carried on doing her social work, a job she has loved for the last 14 years, it started to show the strain she was under and ended up having a heart attack in September and had to have a stent fitted (her 3rd one ) this has left mandie unable to work and is know struggling so bad with the financial comitments she has like her mortgage and car to name a few. I know she is such a lovely person and has always given but never received and it was not only these circumstances expressed but her boiler packed in 3 weeks ago and she ia unable to afford to fix it, since that mandie has found a "lump" in her breasts and is awaiting testing and I just want to see her smile like the rest of us this Xmas it will be the first without her mom and no doubt a hard one. So please let's get together and give mandie a special Christmas that will lift her out of the despair she is in. Mandie is a wonderful person and I know there are many more like her out there so any donations are greatly received and thank you for taking the time to read this. the money will go to paying mandie car for the Xmas period as she can't get around due to problems with her legs the rest to a few little presents as she is going to be alone and without her mom
