Story
Major Tex Calton is a music teacher, and National Executive Officer of Music in the Army Cadet force. He helps to give young cadets the opportunity to learn music and to achieve an MVQ. In some cases Major Calton is even able to provide schools with new instruments.
Seeing the work and help that Tex gives to young musicians gave us the idea that there may be a lot of singers and musicians out there that would be willing to help.
To raise awareness and funds, we are organising a nationwide simultaneous rendition of "When the Saints go Marching In". Anyone can take part. All you have to do is, on the Saturday the 29th October 2016 at one o'clock, sing or play "When the Saints Go Marching In", in any format that you like, then make a donation. Don't forget to post a photo or video on our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/events/112546142535693/!
