B48s’ sell good quality, second hand, baby and children’s clothes, equipment etc, at very low cost to local parents.

B48s’ Family Support Centre is a registered charity (1123516) who have many years’ experience working with local families, children and young people. They work with local authorities, businesses and other voluntary sector organisations providing health and social care, support and assistance for all members of the community, particularly the vulnerable.

B48s' provide support on an array of family focused subjects where problems and concerns can be aired and shared while children play in the well-equipped play area. You can use B48s’ centre to feed and change your baby & toddler, to meet other parents, to use the play area/facilities - it is your family centre!
