Story

I have hashed out a way to build affordable well made housing people can BLOCK BUILD from tiny to larger. Eventually they can aim to owning an average to better than average home. This project will also develop in it over time to mentor kids in struggling neighborhoods in trades and real estate entrepreneurship as well as those re-entering society from incarceration. A focal point to mentorship will be LOW CRIME AREAS PRODUCE GOOD INVESTMENTS, aiming to get people in struggling neighborhoods to become stakeholders of change.

Aquiring land for tiny homes is the first phase for this project. Then building the tiny homes. People can own a tiny home in 3 years or less. They will not own the land, yet. Then, options to double the size of the house is available after ownership by adding another "BLOCK" to the tiny house. These structures will be moveable to become permanent by design. Each design will be permitted by local authorities before construction, suited for each location. The people who walk through the phase of owning the structure (tiny house) will then be mentored into buying land for their house. They will be strongly encouraged to build as they earn, and not borrow, saving thousands in interest from a typical mortgage. Borrowing will not be prohibited in the process, but they will understand the pros and cons of it.

This is a pathway to hope for home ownership for renters. They won't need a bank, they rent to own. They will be trained to care for a house and build real estate investing skills if desired. It will change a renter into an owner/investor. With this plan, a typical low income renter can own a tiny house and land in 5 years. They can own an average sized home in approximately 8 years, never using a bank.
This business plan is profitable on the tiny house purchase process, making it as affordable as 800/month. The tiny house can start out as a simple 8' x12' model or better, depending on what the aspiring homeowner wants.
