We, First Aid North East, deliver our Open Courses from Blaydon Youth & Community Centre (BYCC) and see on a daily basis many people, including vulnerable groups, take part in various community activities.

We feel that BYCC, being at the heart of the local community, should have a Public Access Defibrillator to safeguard everybody who uses the facility.

The money raised will pay for a Defibrillator, an outdoor cabinet and the remainder of the money will pay for replacement pads and prep kits.

On Monday 31st July, many of the First Aid North East team and the CEO of BYCC will be travelling to the Lake District to hike up a mountain in an attempt to reach our fundraising target! Thank you in advance for your generous donation.
