people who may know me know I have been blessed with having 2 beautiful twin daughters 👭born on 20/07/16, at 35 weeks weighing 4lb12oz each and unfortunately little Aoife has been born with a heart defect and has to go to London for quite a big operation 🏥by the age of 6 months!
