I would like to raise money to help the Banhu family.

Christopher worked as a logistics clerk for a haulage firm. He was made redundant in 2007 after 22 years service, for which he received no payout. He hasn't been able to find work since and with unemployment in Zimbabwe at over 90 per cent, it is easy to understand why.

My personal connection with Christopher and his family goes back to when I was a child, as Christopher's father worked for my parents for a number of years.

All Christopher and Milcah's children except the eldest, are still at school and in Zimbabwe everyone has to pay school fees.

The money raised will go towards helping the Banhus meet general living costs and pay school fees.
