“One of Our Own”
Battyeford Sporting Club are looking to raise some funds for one of our own Freddie, who has recently had the terrible diagnosis of Leukaemia. As a club we can’t imagine what Freddie and his family are going through. Battyeford Sporting Clubs footballing family want to help provide support at this very difficult time.
Freddie is a valued member of our under 11s team, not only a keen footballer Freddie loves his Rugby and Cricket representing Mirfield AFRL and Mirfield Cricket Club respectively.
In this Battyeford Sporting Clubs 50th year we want help in any way we can, it’s something our founders Stan Rowlands and Dr. Elizabeth Higgins would have embraced. Being part of Battyeford Sporting Club is something special and like being part of a family, Freddie you are one of us.
Any support will be massively appreciated no matter how big or small.
