"Baws Oot Ref!"

I'm a football referee based in Scotland and I'm looking for my fellow refs to support the cause.

My nephew who's 21 was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer.

He's a young guy with his life ahead of him. He's a hard worker having gone to college to learn various trades and now applies them on multiple building sites throughout Scotland on a self employed basis

Surgery and chemotherapy means he's unlikely to be able to work for the next wee while so I stuck my thinking cap on and well ... here we are!

"Baws out ref" or "Balls out ref" if you're a referee anywhere else in the world.

The aim of my campaign and fundraiser is to use my referee journey to raise awareness of checking yourself for lumps and bumps, any changes in yer balls, any new pain and seek medical advice.

If any my fellow referees can spare a quid from your match fee from one game a week it would be a massive help for a young bloke trying to make his way in life as a self employed tradesman.
