As a company that has operated within Stratford Upon Avon for over 20 years Big Red Recruitment is passionate about our local community. We were looking for a cause or organisation that directly impacts and helps those within our community that need it the most.

As a multi-disciplinary community hub, the Fred Winter Centre tackles hardship by providing a range of services to help people improve their health and wellbeing, overcome financial problems, secure job opportunities and sustain tenancies in local affordable homes.

This organisation directly helps the community every day and we are honoured to be able to do our little bit to help support the great work they do.
