This page is to cover the costs of the annual Life in the Spirit course. We need to pay Zoom account costs, hall hire and give a token of appreciation to our speakers.

We are delighted to propose the Diocese of Portsmouth ‘Life in the Spirit’ course again for 2024, delivered Diocesan wide on Zoom. There is an option to run livestream sessions in your parish to allow discussion with fellow parishioners rather than going into breakout rooms. This programme is supported by the CHARIS Charismatic Renewal Service of Communion for England & Wales.

We currently have all the speakers speakers booked who include Maria Heath, former National Coordinator of CHARIS England who has just stood down, Alastair Emblem, who leads Alton Day of Renewal, the longest continually running Day of Renewal in England, and Charles Whitehead, who has worked with three popes promoting Charismatic Renewal at an international level. More are in the pipeline.
