On 10th March 2017 CURC will be cycling the distance of the Tour de France in one week, ending with a non-stop 12 hour spin on 17th March. This will be a tough challenge consisting of long cycling trips, gruelling afternoons on the track and sweaty sessions on the spin bikes.

We are one of the most successful university rowing club in Wales but we are a student led club relying mainly on fundraising and sponsorship to help fund any repairs and the general upkeep of the club. There are many costs involved in allowing our athletes to succeed and train to the highest level. Therefore our annual fundraisers are a necessity in helping our club reach their highest potential.

Our club's chosen charity is CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young). This is a charity very close to the club's heart as a previous member sadly passed away due to heart problems. Therefore, raising money for such a personal charity is very important to the club.

As a club CURC are not afraid of a challenge and we are ready to push ourselves in order to raise funds for two worthwhile causes, but we can't do it without you! Your donations will be helping two great causes, supporting an extremely worthy charity as well as allowing a dedicated and hard working sports club reach their full potential.
