We have a wonderful foster pup, Candela, staying with us just now.
A local angel saved her from a kill shelter in Spain. It's clear that Candela has been through a lot in her short life. She was used as a hunting dog in Spain. The hunters starve their dogs to encourage them to want to hunt. They are beaten, and when the hunters have no use for the dogs they are either killed or abandoned to starve.

Our local angel spends a huge amount of her time and money to save so many of these dogs from horrible situations where they might be starving, living on the streets or in kill shelters, hours away from being put to sleep.
We want to help her to continue this wonderful, life saving, work.

Between now and Christmas we're running a little campaign to raise a bit of extra money for our local angel (she doesn't know about it though so don't tell her, it's a secret).
We are hoping to raise £500 and any amount we can raise on the way there will be matched by Puppins.

Anything you can spare is truly appreciated, and I'll be sure to lick your face as a mark of gratitude.
