I am fundraising to help fund my trip to Costa Rica and Nicaragua in 2018 for 1 month where I will be doing community rebuilding, conservation work and animal repopulating (mainly sloths and monkeys). I am doing this in places of poverty, poor sanitation and areas effects by deforestation. I need to raise £4000 before May 2018 and 68% of this money will go to my work projects with only 32% going towards my travel and food/water.
I am putting 110% into my fundraising with many car boot sales, bag packing days planned. Also support from my local church and pub (who is putting on a charity weekend containing a band, coffee morning, raffle and many more). I also have an easy fundraising account where I am getting a percentage of any online orders from my followers. I hope to get 20 followers and £250 from this. In the community rebuilding I will be building schools and homes for the local people and then teaching English in the school after I finish that project. I will also be helping in their sanitation in my community rebuilding tasks so their life expectancy to increase.
I my conservation work I will be planting new trees, plants and other essential organisms the rainforests need. This is then followed by helping get rid of animal traps and other things will can harm or kill the beautiful animals we all love.
Finally in my animal repopulation work I will be caring for the animals and helping them reproduce in a animal centre. This means the animals will get love and attention. The animals I will mainly be helping are the sloths and monkeys.
Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope you will sponsor me as everything is very much appreciated and will be put in great use.
