I do this every year in memory of my son Elliott to say thank you to the incredible people who looked after hin during his short life. It is a small but special thank you for everything they do. It started off with just one chocolate orange given to a physio to say thank you for helping Elliott get better when he was in hospital. After Elliott flew to the sky in 2010 I decided I wanted to do something positive to cherish his memory so the story began. In 2011 I collected 145, 2012 came 600 and then the following year we delivered 1962 chocolate oranges to hospitals and hospices in the north west. A year later and we got 5200 and then last year 5300. With help from friends, family and complete strangers across the world we have now given over 13000 chocolate oranges to deserving recipient's all over the UK. From as far up as Newcastle to Blackoool, Sheffield, Leeds and London, we have visited many many places. We need your help though this year. We want to reach 20000 chocolate oranges and it is anot enormous task but with the help of you we can achieve this.
