Suicide is the biggest killer of adult males in the U.K. and in my opinion it has to stop, but I need YOUR help!
I am trying to raise as much as I can to show love and suppprt to all the family's that fall victim to this merciless killer help prevent further AVOIDABLE deaths. by raising funds we can raise awareness of the dark taboo of mental health and try to put an end to the stigma attached.
People that know me will know of the troubles I have faced with PTSD due to my army days and know of my brush with mental illness. I have to tell you that it's not a nice place to be! You can be surrounded by a thousand people but feel so low and lonely that there seems to be no way out at all.
Any money raised will be shared out to various organisation that offer help support for sufferers of mental illness, I would also like to get the ball rolling to start a kind of social group where people can reach out for help and offer support to others in the same situation. Any input would be greatly received and ANY money spent or donated will be published and receipts shown, right down to the last penny. I am a decent and honest person that just wants to make a change in the world by doing what little me can do.
