Hey! In April of 2024 I’ll be running the Brighton Marathon for the developing Unseen-Scene foundation.

I’m a lover of running, and It’s been on my heart to do a marathon for a while since I’ve tangibly seen how much running has been aiding me mentally, physically, and spiritually. I believe this new and exciting experience will challenge me to see how far I can put my mind and body into hardship. Overcoming this hardship; whilst capturing any revelations gained during the process; will be a testament that I could hopefully use to inspire, support, and encourage others to take on similar feats.

I'm doing this marathon in support of my friend's new vision and hope to raise money to aid in the establishment of their developing organization called the 'Unseen-Scene Foundation'.

What is the ‘Unseen-Scene'?

"The Unseen-Scene is a developing organisation aiming to establish visibility, provisions and a platform to hear from and support the typically “Unseen” and misunderstood in society.

What do we do?:

We run outreaches for the homeless scene, offering a listening ear to those in need of support and an outlet to communicate their concerns, feelings and passions; whilst distributing food/necessities. Our primary focus is the homeless scene but aim to expand and infiltrate more ‘Unseen’ scenes in society and make connections to guide and offer people opportunities and experiences to find their place in society and excel in their aspirations. We believe that it’s never too late to find yourself, society may have given up on them but we won't.

The Vision:

The ultimate goal is to make the Unseen, be seen, valued and inspired in faith. The greatest commandment that God gave was to love and we as the ‘Unseen-Scene Foundation’ have made it our mandate to love through service, regardless of religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status and any other stereotypical division of society.

As people of faith, we believe that God sees and want people to know and see that in the midst of chaos there is hope in the One who sees them. "

Where do your donations go?:

The Unseen-Scene is a 100% non-profit organisation. All donations go towards the expansion and running of the vision; financing our outreach expenses including; food, water, literature, sleeping bags, toiletries, social media campaigns.
