As part of our NCS social action plan we have decided to raise money to put together 'care packages' for children who can't go home, from hospital, for Christmas this year. The packages will include things like colouring books, crayons, puzzles, teddy bears and other small gifts that we believe will make their hospital stay a bit more festive.
All of the care packages that we put together we will be given to the children at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. They will also receive any other money that we raise and this extra money will be used to fund life saving equipment for various departments or wards within the hospital.
We hope that we can reach our initial goal of £200 by December 11th to give us enough time to buy and put together these presents for the young children.
