We are Clear Mind Derby, a Community Interest Company launched in November 2023 benefiting adults across Derby City who are experiencing:

Low to medium Mental Health needs
Community Isolation & Loneliness
Poor / unsafe living conditions

Our team consists of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about supporting individuals and communities with positive changes.

Our three services are:

Community Outreach Support
Community Workshops
Community Cafe

Examples of how we support people include:
Befriending, Advocacy, Home management, Referal to specialist services, Sign posting, Applications for benefits, Supporting letters, Community activities & events and Good wholesome food 💚💙

We are here to help lighten the load and provide quality support to all in need.
We are bridging the gap between individual and specialist service and strengthening the social safety net.

To date we have recieved 50 referrals for our support, provided over 300 hours of 1:1 support and delivered 76 Community workshops / group sessions along with serving over 350 meals in our community cafe.

Our service depends on funding and fundraising and we need your help to keep going!
