Hey, my name's Karla Brading. As a recently qualified primary school teacher and traditionally published children's author, I'm forever trying to promote a love of reading and offer opportunities for children.

I've acquired a wonderful building in the town centre, on the main street that would be the perfect location to hold:

* children's book clubs

*children's writing groups

*Toddler story times

*Children's illustration / art clubs

And hopefully a whole lot more!

But as with most things, it takes support from as many people as possible. I'm looking to raise funds to paint the inside of the building with children's book characters and if there's enough donations, to purchase resources such as children friendly furnishings.

If I can raise money for the tools, I'll be filming the art process, so you can all see how it develops and will of course begin promoting events for children as the space becomes a happy home for young creatives!
