Story

Help us give local teens a creative, safe space to thrive!

At Craft My Day, we believe in the power of creativity to transform lives. That’s why we’re launching a crowdfunding campaign to establish a Youth Art Club at each of our studios. We want to create a safe, welcoming environment where local teens can gather, relax, and express themselves through art and crafts. In a world where screen time dominates, our mission is to provide a positive, hands-on alternative that fosters creativity, community, and self-expression.

Teenagers today face increasing pressures and challenges. Mental health struggles, social isolation, and a lack of safe, engaging spaces contribute to a growing crisis. We believe that art can be a lifeline—a way to process emotions, build confidence, and connect with others. Our Youth Art Club will be a place where teens can hang out, be themselves, and explore their creativity without judgment or pressure.

With your support, we’ll run weekly art sessions at each of our studios. Teens will have the freedom to explore different artistic mediums, from painting and drawing to sewing and sculpture. Our focus on upcycling and recycling will teach valuable lessons about sustainability while sparking creativity.

We want to run these sessions at a substantially subsidised rate, to enable access to all of the community, but we need your support to cover the costs.

Your donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. Funds raised will go directly toward purchasing art supplies, paying instructors, and keeping the doors open each week. If we exceed our goal, we’ll be able to expand the program, offering more sessions and involving even more local teens.

By supporting our Youth Art Club, you’re helping to create a safe, creative space where local teens can grow, connect, and make a positive impact on their community.

Thank you for helping us give them a place to belong, a way to express themselves, and the tools to build a brighter future.
