Dance Across the North (D.A.N) is made up of a group of northern partners who have joined forces to encourage more people to engage with dance.
Led by Leeds-based Balbir Singh Dance Company (one of the best organisations of its kind in the country) we will deliver workshops, flashmobs and live shows in a variety of northern towns and villages throughout the autumn months.
Our Just Giving campaign focuses on raising money to support the workshops and flashmobs we deliver.
Delivering workshops is a very valuable thing to do. Participants often experience a boost to their self-confidence whilst developing key skills such as team work, leadership skills, performance skills and self-management.
This type of work is costly so we are politely asking for YOUR help. Just a small donation of your hard-earned cash could help to deliver workshops leading to flashmobs in the FIVE northern communities listed above.
