after a night out with friend, walking back on my self I got hit by a car doing a minimum of 60mph.i was in very critical condition the paramedics didn't think I was going to make journey to hospital. After getting to the hospital I went for a scan and then straight in to theatre,was down there for a good 8 hours.After coming back from theatre they took me to Icu where I was still critical,having my left leg amputated, broken pelvis, damage to my bowels,fractured left arm and in a coma for a month. They told my family I was probably not going to wake up and if I did I would be brain damaged but to what extent they didn't know. When I finally woke up and the sadation wore off finally realised my leg was no longer there what a shock that was. After spending five months in hospital trying to fight infection with my diabetes and having slight heart attacks, they finally let me home where I spend all day in bed cause I live in a 3 bedroom house which is no good for me. I have to get bedbathed and can't do much for my self I feel like I can't really live my life the same in and out of many hospitals with all different problems nurse coming to my house twice a week to help me sat in bed all day wishing that I would of never gone out with my friends that day now am in a wheelchair with only one leg and not being able to put any weight on my good leg what is also got lots of problems with it also my life is now changed I am never going to be the same as before so please someone help me get back to the way I was
