As many of you already know the funeral is on Friday 24th March 2017 at Emmanuel Church in West Hampstead at 1pm (please arrive 20 minutes before).
After service we go to Islington and Camden Cemetery 278 High Road East Finchley London N2 9AG for burial and releasing of balloons and a pair of doves.
We would love David to be covered in flowers so all welcome to send. The address of funeral directors to send flowers too is Levertons Golders Green 624 Finchley Road London, NW11 7RR.

My name is Mini Vohra. On Thursday 16th February 2017 one of my best friends, David Luke Smith, a 38-year Scaffolder from Cricklewood, London, was working on site at The Crown pub when the scaffolding gave way, and he fell 25 feet with the scaffolding crashing down on him and leaving him with life changing injuries.

Immediately rushed by air ambulance to St Mary’s Hospital, David broke every vertebrae in his back, he broke his neck, shoulders, arms, legs and suffered 3 strokes which left him with paralysis down the left side of his body.
Sadly his brain would not respond and we let him go on Saturday 4th March 2017.

Please help this amazing family give our incredibly beautiful and kind hearted friend the sending off he deserves. They have done so much for him, it is now our turn to do our bit. It costs £4000 for the plot at the cemetery alone. We will also need a hearse and to pay funeral parlour costs, total cost about £8000. We don't have the money to pay for this. Please help David. Let's give him the burial he wanted.
David leaves behind a loving sister and mother as well as two teenage children.
