Story

At Anthony Pullen Personal Training, we believe in pushing our limits with the mantra: "Don’t stop when you’re finished, stop when you’re done." In line with our commitment to health, fitness and wellbeing, we are raising funds to purchase a defibrillator for our studio and the wider community.

To raise funds Gym Owner Anthony Pullen, together with friends Gary Hateley, Dave Williams & Kieran Dovey will attempt a mammoth 24 hour endurance event that will take place on Friday 6th September based from Anthony Pullen PT Studio in Measham, Derbyshire.

The challenge will compromise of 5.247km's every hour, on the hour for 24hours. Total distance to be covered is 3 x marathon distances.

Some will be completing the entire challenge with running each of the 5.247km distances whilst others will be splitting the workouts between running, concept-2 row-erg & concept-2 ski-erg.

The defibrillator is crucial piece of equipment that can save lives in the event of a cardiac emergency, ensuring that not only our clients but also our neighbours situated on the same Industrial Estate stay safe whilst at work.

Your generous contribution will help us create a safer environment reinforcing our commitment to health, safety, and community support.

Together, we can make a life-saving difference.

In the event a surplus of funds are raised following the purchase and installation of the defibrillator any remaining amount will be donated to Myeloma UK https://www.myeloma.org.uk/ which is a charity close to my heart as they have been extremely supportive following a close family member being diagnosed with the blood disease
