The old joke goes that men won’t ask for directions even when they’re hopelessly lost. But as light hearted as that joke is, there is a serious side to it. Men wont ask for directions when they’re lost and they struggle asking for help when they’re going through a really tough time. Thats why:

Men are much more likely to die by suicide.

Much more lilkely to end up homeless.

Much more likely to end up in prison.

Much more likely to die by alcohol or drug overdoses.

We want to change these horrific outcomes by providing spaces for men to come and talk to other men who may know what they're going through, who will be able to help them through it, or at least listen to them without judging them. We've been doing this for 4 years now and we know it works.

It’s about more than just suicide! Its about changing mens lives.
