    Story

DogLost is a free service manned by an incredible community of over 100,000 dog loving volunteers and helpers. Whom together have helped reunite over 60,000 dogs with their owners.

Due to the success of DogLost's invaluable "open to all" database the demand on the community has grown beyond all expectations..and whilst we are all very proud of this it does bring in increased running costs to an organization that has no funding.

So we are not too proud to ask for your help on behalf of our canine friends to continue this amazing journey and implement suggested improvements  to our website from our dedicated team that can only enhance the chances of reuniting dogs.

Please be a part of this ...you may need us one day...
And to those we have helped in the past..please remember us.
Dogs transform our lives...we owe it to them to be there when they need us.

    Jayne Hayes

Jayne started up DogLost after her French bulldog Hermes was stolen. At the time there was no database for missing dogs in the UK. Jayne was reunited with Hermes 6 weeks later due to the help of complete dog loving strangers who had taken missing posters and circulated them.
