"Hello, My name is Waffles and I have a collapsed trachea at the age of just 3. I am a Pomeranian and was told this sort of thing is quite common for dogs like me at a later age but I've seemed to have developed it quite young. I am very active but I struggle sometimes and tend to run out of breath quickly and have to stop and rest. The doctor says because I am so young I might not live my full years as this has happened too soon. My owners are heartbroken that they cant afford to pay for my surgery. Due to complications with insurance they said they cannot cover me and the vet needs the money upfront. I am hoping for many more fun and loving years with my owners and our other dog.
