1st Downham Market Scouts are fundraising for their Jamboree this summer. For this, the Scouts will be kayaking from Saddlebow, Kings Lynn to Downham Market as part of their fundraising effort, alongside the NW Norfolk District kayaking group.

This is around 10 miles in total and will be a real challenge for the Scouts to overcome.

All donations will be supporting the Scouts as they join other groups from around the country to represent Downham Market, getting involved with the host of activities on offer. The money will also help with the purchasing of much needed kit that was damaged due to strong winds on a previous camp. This kit will allow the Scouts to be represented in the best way possible; reflecting the hard work that all of the young people have put in to prepare for the Jamboree.
