When we first heard about Eastbourne having a SoapBox race Wayne and myself got excited about the idea of entering, We are currently building the shell which will be a miniature minibus and hopefully this will be completed this week.

This being the first Soapbox race in Eastbourne and the first Soapbox race Wayne and I have entered we are unsure what to expect from other competitors but both of us have some driving experience!

We originally entered the race for our own enjoyment but as we both used to work with Craig at Sussex Cars we decided to use this opportunity to raise some money for Craig Steadman's son Reagan and Rosie Aldridge's son Alfie. Alfie who suffers from childhood cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and Reagan who has recently losted his father.

We both know these local family's personally and love the idea that the funds raised will be going directly to them.
