Many of you know my amazing wife Kate and while many of you know her as a successful marketing leader or as a professional coach and mentor, she is probably better known to many of you as ‘My Half’ or ‘My Halfochka’

What many of you probably don’t know is that she has been bravely and heroically fighting cancer since she was diagnosed almost a year ago Throughout this time, she has been a face of optimism to the world despite fighting stage 4 metastatic cancer, undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy and looking for ways to beat this awful disease.

We have found a potential option that holds great promise, but it is beyond our financial means at the moment and not available on the NHS in the UK (the total will be over £100,000 including hospital stays and travel and we have already spent almost as much to date)- hence we are reaching out here, reluctantly, for support to top up our savings to pay for it.

Those of you who have been inspired by her, or that she has brought joy and happiness to, please it would be great if you can help her continue the fight Those who have not met her yet - we would still be grateful for your support - and hopefully you will get a chance to know her in the future.
