Finally some good news. Michael has now been discharged from hospital, and will finally be home with us tonight and for the rest of his life now if we have anything to do with it!!! He still has a long road of recovery ahead of him but we know mikes, he will get there. My family and I really can't thank you all enough for your lovely messages and continued love and support for Michael and for us as a family. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives. Thank you doesn't even come close, but I'll say it again, THANK YOU!!!! x

Michael still isn't ready for visitors, as he said he would rather people see him when he is at home. He doesn't have his phone with him, and he will get in touch with you when he is ready. It you need to know anything please contact me or my mum. Thanks again for all of your love and support, we really are truly grateful xxx

A little update for those of you who are not on Facebook. Michael is still in hospital, he now has blood clots in his leg, he is having injections and being monitored closely because of the risks with the clots he already has on his brain. He had a brain scan yesterday and will have another in 24 hours and then another 24 hours after that. We haven't had the results yet. He won't be able to come home until these have all cleared up. He is going stir crazy as you can imagine. He's fed up and just wants to be at home. Thank you all again xx
