Hi Friends,

On Sunday July 28, the TEAM HGTN Trainer squad will take on the ultimate F45 Challenge. We are going to do 10 back to back F45 Classes in a day.

If you have done F45 before, you know that even one class is extremely tough. This is not just for fun though - we are raising money for TAKE 3 FOR THE SEA. A charity that inspires action to decrease our environmental footprint. It simply involves taking 3 pieces of rubbish when going to the beach or waterfront - a global movement where a small action can make a large impact.

A simple way to combat a complex issue. A combination of Londoners and Aussies, we are passionate about reducing our environmental footprint. We are a completely single-use plastic free studio, and hope you can join us by taking little steps to be more mindful of our environment and our surroundings.

If you are in the area and want to pop by, we would love to see you! The first class kicks off at 8:00am, and every 50 minute interval until the finish line. Come along on the day and participate in as many classes as you wish for a £5 donation. Donate via this page or bring cash on the day.
