FERMANAGH WOMEN’S AID ELVES CHRISTMAS APPEAL
THANK YOU TO OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
Over the last 6 months, Fermanagh Women’s Aid has been amazed by the support from our community in making life a little bit easier for the women and children we support through your fundraising donations. Through your support we have been able to provide essential food vouchers for women and children who were in great need, and in lieu of our annual Summer Trip, we were able to provide a contribution to Back to School items for children. We thank each and everyone who has contributed in any way to our local fundraising appeals.
Looking onward to the holiday season, we will be supporting over 130 women and 120 children. As Christmas rolls in, its undoubtedly looking a little different for everyone in the community. We wish to make sure that we can meet the needs of women and children this year, so our little Christmas Elves will be doing something a little different this year by making sure that we can play our part in supporting all of the local shops and businesses throughout Co. Fermanagh.
Given the restrictions brought about by Coronavirus, unfortunately we will not be accepting toys/gifts donations to our Safe Hands Centre this year.
We understand that times are tough for everyone this year and seeking donations is a big ask. Therefore, if you are in a position to provide any monetary donation to Fermanagh Women’s Aid Elves Christmas Appeal, no matter how small or large, we would be really grateful.
This can be in the form of our Just Giving page, cash donations or vouchers for local shops and businesses throughout Co. Fermanagh – you can post or drop them to our office anytime until Friday 4th December.
Our little Elves have also sprinkled their magic and are teaming up with BID Enniskillen to buy some wonderful Enniskillen Gift Cards, for our women and children to use in our local community.
When we have gathered all your wonderful donations together, our little Elves will be busy making sure your donations are given to our families, ensuring we sanitise our hands and wear masks to keep everyone safe (maybe they’ll match our outfits!!!).
Once again, we wish to thank everyone in the community for their generous and wonderful support this year.
Stay safe and stay well
