Story

The Friends of Chevin Forest are a group of volunteers who care about Chevin Forest Park (known locally as The Chevin).

Working in partnership with Leeds City Council’s Parks & Countryside service, who own and manage the land, our aims are to increase enjoyment of Chevin Forest Park and to help everyone to learn more about the landscape, it’s history and natural features.

We host a series of free events and practical conservation task days throughout the year - you can find out more about what we're up to over on our website.

Your support will enable us to continue to provide information and events free of charge for the community. Your support will also help us to buy the equipment we need (such as gloves, hi-vis vests and tools) to help maintain the Chevin for everyone.

Thank you!
