Pollie was born at just 24 weeks, weighing a tiny 1lb 10oz. She suffered a brain bleed, and was very poorly during her 23 weeks stay in hospital.

She is now 6 years old, and has been left with Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus and Epilepsy. Although, despite all of this she is such a friendly, loving little girl, who tries her best in everything she does.

She works daily on her mobility, however she needs a wheelchair to get about. The NHS has provided her with one, but due to her leg splints, she struggles to get out of it as her splints catch. We've spoken to the NHS about this and there are no other alternative wheelchairs they can give her.

So we are wanting to raise £4000 to get her a wheelchair that will meet her needs, and enable her to get in and out, thus making her more independent.
