Story

We are raising funds to put a blue plaque in Chinatown to remember the Chinese seamen who were forcibly deported from Liverpool in 1946/47. We want to acknowledge the women and children who were left destitute.

The funds raised will be used to purchase the plaque, erect it on a wall in Chinatown and bring people together for light refreshments in a restaurant.
